When two men from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan took their new ride out on the town, their neighbors were stunned. How on Earth did these guys get the money for a $2 million Lamborghini Sesto Elemento? It's not like they had a history of fancy cars. In fact, their last car was a 30-year-old Volvo 740.
The answer actually lies in the old Volvo. No, they didn't find $2 million in the glove box...
But they took this car and made just a few upgrades. They invested $15,000 in this car:
And wound up with this Lamborghini:
They added carbon steel, acrylic glass, customized metal plates and BMW wheels. The project took them about three months to complete, but it's totally worth it to be the talk of the town.
From a distance, you'd never suspect there was an old Volvo under here.
