The folks over at CureJoy have unveiled their recipe for a natural headache remedy that I can't wait to try. Well, I guess I can wait, since trying it would mean getting a headache, but you know what I mean. Their ingredients are super simple, and you probably already have most, if not all, of them in your kitchen already. Here's what you do:
Combine one cup of water, one juiced lemon, and two teaspoons of Himalayan sea salt. We already know how good lemons are for us, but Himalayan sea salt is also packed with all kinds of minerals that your body needs. Combine these two healthy ingredients with a tall glass of water and your headache will be gone before you know it. Since dehydration is one of the leading causes of headaches, it's a good idea to make sure you're drinking plenty of water anyways. We hope this helps!
