Barbershop Quartet Keep The Skies Friendly During Flight Delay

Jan 23, 2015
Flight delays are hardly a good time, especially when the plane is delayed after boarding. On a US Airways flight, a five hour delay was called after all the passengers had boarded. In the midst of comforting all of the disgruntled passengers, a flight attendant, Kari Mann, realized that there was a barbershop quartet on board.

Port City Sound is a barbershop quartet based out of Maine, and their sound is absolutely delightful. After a few moments of Kari begging them to sing, Port City Sound put on a wonderful performance of "Under the Boardwalk."
