Caught in the cross fire, reporter Emily Jones of Fox Sports Southwest did not know what hit her, but she later said that she should have seen it coming.

Sunday, after Josh Hamilton pinch hit a walk-off double to clinch a 4-3 victory over the Boston Red Sox, a little celebration was in order at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas. The celebration was kicked off by shortstop Elvis Andrus and catcher Robinson Chirinos. Chirinos came at Hamilton with what appeared to be a full jug of water and Andrus came from the other side to flank Jones with an entire cooler full of red Powerade.

The next morning, Jones, in an interview in Dallas with Shari & RJ on KRLD-FM 105.3, shared that she usually has an eye out for this sort of thing. But "this was obviously intentional," she stated. "There was nothing accidental about what Elvis was doing. He got me. He got me really good." Jones' dress was ruined, and she tweeted that she would get revenge.
