In The Blues Brothers, a movie that has become a cult classic, John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd reprise their popular Saturday Night Live characters, Jake and Elwood Blues. "On a mission from God," the two are out to save their former orphanage; and the two get their band (The Blues Brothers) back together to raise the needed money.

Here, they stop in at Ray's Music Exchange to get some quality instruments. Not only do Jake and Elwood find the instruments for their mission, they also become privy to a rendition of The Five Du-Tones' "Shake A Tail Feather" sung by the shop's owner, Ray (Charles).

The song features dancers performing a myriad of dances from the 1960's and 70's, like the monkey, the twist, the mashed potato and more. The movie was filmed in Chicago and Los Angeles, but is often credited for putting Chicago "on the map", as over 200 movies have been filmed there since The Blues Brothers.
