The Retro Teardrop Camper Of Your Dreams

When you get into the camper or RV market, it's not hard to suddenly find yourself looking at 36-foot, $100,000+ behemoths. If compact and cute is what you're after, this retro dream trailer (with the adorable name to match) just might be it.

The Gidget trailer is paying homage to the teardrop campers made popular in the 1930s, '40s, '50s and '60s. The Australian company behind the tiny portable home sought to combine innovation and contemporary features with classic and authentically retro aesthetics.

Since the launch of their original prototype, they've produced two more unique models. All three versions are united by the company's patented slide-out, unique rotating entertainment console and outside craftsman-built kitchen.
