If you're anything like me, the kitchen is probably the part of your house that you spend the most time in aside from your bedroom. I love to cook, and I try to be as clean and organized as possible when I do but despite my best efforts, the kitchen still ends up getting dirtied up over time (that's just life). There's nothing worse than working in a messy kitchen, so I usually try my best to clean it every week or so.
This video features five helpful cleaning tips from blogger and YouTuber ClutterBug that will help make cleaning your kitchen a little easier. While some of the tips like using Pledge on your appliances to keep them shiny are relatively standard, the most unexpected tip is using olive oil to clean the sink. Olive oil works surprisingly well as a cleaner/polishing agent and can also work well on stainless steel appliances and fixtures too. It's all natural and when used in small amounts, it won't lead to a greasy feeling. Although high quality olive oil can be pretty expensive, for cleaning purposes you're fine with getting the cheap stuff that you can buy in bulk sizes.
