A Hip Gym Teacher Creates An Awesome, Dancing Workout For His Young Students

As we all know, childhood obesity is a very serious issue faced by a good deal of Americans. With busy schedules and the availability of inexpensive, fatty foods, it can become a habit for children to eat unhealthy meals. Add to that the prevalence of technology and the fact that many kids are more interested in watching television or playing video games than going outside to exercise during their free time, and you've got yourself a recipe for a generation of young people who are facing the negative effects of an unhealthy lifestyle.

A gym teacher at Harvest Elementary School in Alabama knows this all too well, and he's trying to do something about it. Jared Paschall has choreographed a workout for his young students that uses the popular song "Watch Me" by Silento. He knows that, by appealing to the kids with music that they enjoy, it is easier to give them a fun exercise experience, making them more interested in keeping healthy workout habits later in life. Way to go, Jared.
