Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. No work of art is going to suit everyone’s tastes. What is easier to agree on is the level of skill it takes to produce the work in the first place.
Ukrainian artist Zenyk Palahniuk’s work in the video below serves as a fantastic example. No matter how you feel about the finished product, you have to admire the high level of creativity and the phenomenal skills that went into its creation. It took Zenyk about 200 hours to make, utilizing a pencil, a hammer, a ball of twine, and roughly 13,000 nails. Check out his process, sped up in this video for us to admire. It’s definitely unlike anything we’ve ever seen!
