These Dancers Use Innovative Stage Settings To Give A Truly Memorable Performance

Freckled Sky is a Chicago-based dance group consisting of dancers Jalen Preston and Olga Sokolova and creative visionary Val Syganevich. It was Val's idea to accompany stunning choreography with breathtaking visuals in order to tell a larger story. The group tried out for season 10 of "America's Got Talent," where they used video projection, light shows, water and dance to depict the tale of a man and woman trying to stay together in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds (most notably, some kind of omnipotent being).

The judges are visibly impressed by this incredible performance, giving a standing ovation before Howard Stern uses the "Golden Buzzer" to send them straight into the quarterfinals. Each judge is allowed to use the buzzer once per season on an act that they really strongly believe in. In a later episode, Heidi Klum revealed that she also wanted to use her Golden Buzzer on them, but that Howard beat her to it. Sadly, Freckled Sky was later eliminated from the competition during the quarterfinals.
