John Cena Gives A Little Boy The Surprise Of A Lifetime

7-year-old Kenneth "KJ" Harmon is a fighter. Born with cysts in his kidneys, the vivacious little boy was in a constant struggle to survive. Thankfully, doctors were eventually able to find a compatible kidney and a transplant was performed. Now, except for the medication he has to take to keep his body from rejecting his new kidney, he's just like any other kid and has a typical love for televised wrestling. His favorite wrestler? The one and only John Cena, of course.

Recently, KJ was fortunate enough to take part in ESPN's "My Wish" series (in collaboration with the Make-A-Wish foundation) and got a rare opportunity to meet his idol. Cena is one of Make-A-Wish's most prolific donors, having granted 450 wishes and counting. As you can see, he has a great time and even schools Cena on his own wrestling video game (proudly telling the United States Champion that he should have picked himself). The day is capped off with front row seats to a wrestling event where Cena calls KJ up to the ring to the roaring applause of the crowd.
