Though modern phones are being used less and less for making calls, it's important to keep in mind how significant the technological development was to our society.

The ability to instantly communicate ideas to friends, family, businesses and local authorities helped shape the world as we know it. We have come a long way since landlines, so it can be strikingly odd for children to see how we used to communicate. This child has a hilarious reaction when he sees a touch-tone payphone for the first time, but it's what he says at the end that will really get you thinking about generation gaps.
