One Dutch man decided to see what would happen to his body if he went an entire month without eating foods containing added sugar. As you'd expect, his food options shrunk dramatically, causing him to grow agitated without the comfort foods he'd had his whole life.
Sacha is still able to indulge his sweet tooth with natural sugar in fruits and vegetables, but he cuts out processed sugars entirely.
