Manhole covers in Phoenix are a little different...

Earlier this week, Phoenix, Arizona was hit with some intense thunderstorms and flooding across the city. At one point, the air pressure in the manholes was so intense that the 150-pound cover did this. While the scientific explanation is pretty clear, we still haven't ruled out "sewer ghosts" as a suspect.
