There are a variety of vinegars to use today, such as apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and rice vinegar. Before hypoglycemic agents existed, diabetics used vinegar teas to control their symptoms. When small amounts of vinegar were taken with a meal, medical trials showed that it reduced the glycemic index of carbohydrates. In this video, a man shows how vinegar can be used for cleaning.
