Ryer is a North American River Otter who lives at the Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco, California. In this video posted by Dani Estes, one of his keepers at the aquarium, Ryer has a reaction to being woken up that just about everyone in the world can relate to. He's slow to poke his head out, from under the covers and when he does, he shoots a straight up death glare that I know for a fact I'm guilty of using on my mother in the same scenario as a teenager.
The rest of it is pretty much textbook as well - he does what appears to be a scowl and a yawn combined, and then puts his head back down to sleep as if he's saying "Go bug someone else, I'm sleeping here!" I think if our alarm clocks were all fitted with cameras, we probably wouldn't look too different from Ryer.
