As strange as it seems, your eyes don't deceive you. These rowers are in fact using their feet to paddle their boats. This is a local paddling technique that can be found in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The footage, which shows rowers taking tourists through different canals, makes it look like the rowers might be even more relaxed than their customers.
Some boat guides opt to hold an umbrella or a camera, while others decide to let their hands rest by their side. This lets us know that rowing with your feet is a common method, regardless of whether or not you need to use your hands for something else. Their unique approach appears to be effective, and we definitely can't think of a cooler way to glide across the water.
