Patrick Swayze was a legend who left a huge hole in the entertainment business when he passed away. He was a multi-talented man who was voted "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1991. When he lost his battle to cancer in 2009, it was an enormous loss for friends and family. He'll be remembered for his unbending spirit and love of his craft.
Although primarily an actor, Swayze was also a talented singer. In 1990, Swayze and Larry Gatlin covered Roy Orbison's "Love Hurts." The performance is gorgeously minimalistic and a fitting tribute to the original.
Besides acting and singing, as most people were exposed to with Dirty Dancing, Swayze was a fantastic dancer.
He dances with his wife Lisa Niemi to Whitney Houston's "All the Man That I Need" during the 1994 World Music Awards. His dance at the end of Dirty Dancing is still inspiring dancers and choreographers to this day.
