Oven Potato

You might think that a muffin tin and a bunch of potatoes don’t have much to do with each other, but once you see this recipe for parmesan potato stacks, you’ll realize just how wrong you were. Potatoes can sometimes be considered a tired and boring dish. We’ve all had our fair share of mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes, but what else can you really do? That’s where this delicious meal comes in. 

Here is everything you will need: 

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 8-10 gold potatoes sliced thin (about 1/16 inch thick) 

Once you gather the ingredients, set the oven to 350 degrees and butter the inside of your muffin tin. That’s when you start thinly slicing the potatoes. Once you’re done, simply coat the potatoes in parmesan cheese, melted butter and spices. Stack the potato slices into the muffin tin and set into the oven for 55-60 minutes. 

The end result is a gorgeous and tasty side dish that is guaranteed to be much more exciting than the typical mashed potatoes. If you need a dish for the Super Bowl party you’re going to, this would be perfect.
