My mother always told me that life was about the little, simple everyday pleasures that people take for granted. There's so much beauty and wonder around us in this big wide world but as we grow older and get busier and busier, it gets harder and harder to stop and smell the roses (literally). This video is a great reminder that something as simple as a bunch of ducks quacking can lead to a lot of joy if you're looking at it with fresh eyes.
This video was posted by Andrew Chaulk, and shows his baby boy Ezra giggling and laughing at the noises these ducks make. You could say he's positively "quacking up." Ezra has a rare genetic condition known as craniosynostosis, which causes bones in the skull to fuse and close up prematurely before the baby's brain actually has a chance to be fully formed. The family successfully raised over $20,000 via crowdfunding towards a surgical procedure that will correct this and let Ezra live a normal life.
