It turns out that most of the things you need to make that dream into a reality are probably already in your kitchen. Oranges, garlic, and olive are all regarded for their health properties, although nail health might not be the first thing that comes to mind.
YouTuber Ela Gale reveals a simple mixture you can make at home that will have your nails looking gorgeous in no time. To demonstrate the difference, she only soaks the nails in one hand into a mixture of orange juice and crushed garlic, for ten minutes. Then, she soaks the nails in olive oil for five minutes, repeating the whole process a few times over the course of a week. The results speak for themselves!
