She Spent 14 Years Traveling To See The World's Oldest Trees, And The Photos Are Simply Breathtaking

San Francisco photographer Beth Moon has been photographing the world's oldest trees for 14 years. She is an international traveler and goes to remote locations in search of these ancient trees for her book, "Ancient Trees: Portraits of Time".

“Standing as the earth’s largest and oldest living monuments, I believe these symbolic trees will take on a greater significance, especially at a time when our focus is directed at finding better ways to live with the environment,” Moon writes in her artist statement.
