This man surprises many of his fellow shoppers at a Hannaford supermarket in Bangor, Maine when he begins to sing the popular children's gospel song "This Little Light of Mine". The famous tune was written by Harry Dixon Loes, a teacher and composer who lived from 1895 to 1965. Loes studied at both the American Conservatory of Music and the Moody Bible Institute. She wrote and co-wrote a number of gospel songs. However, "This Little Light of Mine" is perhaps his most well known. The song was even changed into "This Little Girl of Mine" by famous singer-songwriter and musician Ray Charles, who released his version on the Atlantic Records label in 1955.
