The Amish, who avoid contact with modern science and technology, have had to develop their own remedies for a wide variety of ailments, using what they know about nature and plants as a substitute for Western medical science.
They have long used the following remedy as a means of boosting immunity and treating various diseases such as high blood pressure and/or cholesterol levels. Here's how to make it.
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Organic Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 piece (grated)
- Garlic Clove - 1 (grated)
To prepare, simply mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge for five days. Take this concoction no more than twice a day, before meals. Within two weeks, you should see positive results, with cholesterol levels significantly lower and blood pressure stabilized.
