3. SnowRestaurant – Kemi, Finland
As part of the equally impressive LumiLinna SnowCastle in Kemi, Finland, the SnowRestaurant opens in January. On their website the restuarant advises: "The temperature in the Restaurant is always about -5 degrees Celsius and we do recommend you to dress warmly... in quilted / thermal overalls and thick-soled warm shoes. Also, gloves and a cap are necessary."
