This 5-Year-Old Japanese Boy Has Moves That Would Make Bruce Lee Proud
May 5, 2015
Last Friday, a new video was uploaded to show the young fighter imitating "Enter the Dragon," Lee's last film before his death in 1973. Ryusei not only mimics the great actor's moves with great precision, but he is also wearing Lee's iconic track suit.
Ryusei is a 5-year-old Japanese boy who has a penchant for Bruce Lee films, as does his father. Nearly a year ago, Ryusei's dad began posting videos of his son mimicking Lee's moves, in some of Lee's most famous films. The style of martial arts is known as Jeet Kune Do, and young Ryusei is well versed in the use of nunchaku (often referred to as nunchucks). Nunchaku is a traditional Okinawan martial arts weapon that consists of two sticks that are connected by either a short rope or chain.
