Occasionally, Mother Nature shows us what she can really do, and this time she certainly peaked some interest. "Thundersnow," also referred to as a winter thunderstorm or a thunder snowstorm, happens when snow is falling while traits of a typical thunderstorm happen simultaneously.

February 15, 2015, winter storm Neptune graced New England after sweeping through the midwest in the days prior. Reporting live in Boston, The Weather Channel's Jim Cantore got to experience the excitement firsthand. Though, as soon as lighting struck, Jim could hardly hold his composure, and his reaction to the storm is simply unforgettable.
