With The Help Of Some Good Friends, A 675-Pound Man Conquers The Challenge Of A Lifetime

May 17, 2015 By Christi Mulligan
Two years ago, Ronnie Brower weighed in at 675 pounds and doctors had given him a grim diagnosis. He knew he needed to make a change. Armed with support from good friend Joe Bufano and his former high school teacher who is now a lawyer and old friend, Gina D'Addario, Ronnie set a goal to weigh 250 pounds.

D'Addario connected Brower with Nick Murphy and Jill Rupert, who are both trainers with Mission Fitness. Brower did all of this by giving up his poor eating and drinking habits, beginning to eat right and working out daily. He reached his goal around two weeks ago and his friend Bufano knew just how to help him celebrate. He knew Brower loved Taylor Swift because he listened to her so often during his journey and so he has treated him to the upcoming June 3 show in Cleveland.
