18 Year-Old Man Restores Vintage '65 Chevy Truck

The second we get our driver's license, most of us are itching to get our own ride. Mom's minivan just won't do anymore. For a few lucky people, that's something fancy, right off the lot. For most of us, it's whatever we can find. For Luke Merrill, however, a gift from his parents turned into a project he could be proud of. A rusty, old hand-me-down Chevy C-10 that had been the family beater for decades became the envy of the neighborhood.

Luke didn't stop there, and went on to found a custom car shop where he gets to work on projects like that every day. We're betting his parents are super proud of him. Speaking of parents, it looks like Luke's dad is having some health problems as of late, and the family has started a fundraiser for a lung transplant. We hope everything turns out ok!
