A little girl in Sooke, British Columbia was having some trouble sleeping. She was afraid of monsters, and this fear was keeping her awake at night, unable to relax and let the sandman pay her a visit. Her dad saw that she was having some trouble, and he wanted to do something to help. What he did was absolutely incredible.
He paid a visit to his local drug store, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and spoke to the pharmacy technician. His idea was simple: fill a spray bottle with "monster spray" and add some pharmacy labels to make it look official. Fortunately, the technician was totally on board.
Dee Vivian, the pharmacy technician, spoke to BuzzFeed Canada, explaining that the man came in and asked for some labels to put on the spray bottle. He needed them for his daughter, Mya, whose fear of monsters was harming her sleep schedule. Vivian agreed to help him, adding a label that outlined the directions for spray use and a few, perfect warning labels. She said that he brought in a picture and asked them to use it as an example.
As if that wasn't enough, Vivian didn't even charge him for her help. Thanks to her kindness, Mya is safe from the monsters and able to sleep again.
