A Los Angeles man discovered a doghouse in the middle of traffic that had been boarded up. The man feared the worst and called the police. When they arrive, the pried open the box to find a wounded dog. They immediately called the Ghetto Rescue Ffoundation.
The dog had been locked up for three days with open wounds.
He was terrified after the experience and wouldn't leave the doghouse. They had to force him out.
After cleaning him up, they named him Walter Worthy Higgins. He's starting to look better already.
After some time with foster parents, the dog will be found a forever home where he’ll learn to trust again. Walter Worthy Higgins is well on the road to recovery!
