  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup of tomato juice
  • Chili powder

Preparation: Blend all the ingredients together until you get a homogenous, smooth mixture. Pour into a glass and granish with celery stalks. You can also make larger amounts to refrigerate for future use.

Use: Drink this juice daily, preferably one glass three times a day (between meals). Within 72 hours (three days), you should notice a positive difference.
