He Watches Helplessly As A Huge Polar Bear Approaches His Sled Dogs. What Happens Next Is Too Cute
When a polar bear started coming towards his sled dogs, Brian Ladoon didn't know what to expect, but he knew he couldn't do much. After all, the polar bear weighed half a ton and was obviously malnourished. Surprisingly, however, the polar bear had no malicious intent towards his pups. Brian, who lives in Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, has been rescuing and breeding Eskimo dogs since 1974, after he found out that the lovable breed could potentially go extinct. During the 1980s, Churchill residents noticed polar bears were becoming a bit of a nuisance. So, Brian moved his dogs to land near the Hudson Bay. While polar bears were still a nuisance in that area, Brian quickly discovered they weren't a problem when it came to his dogs.
