Judges Laugh When He Gets On Stage, But His Performance Leaves Them In Tears

Born in McCracken County, Kentucky, on February 25, 1974, Patrick Kevin Skinner surprised just about everyone when he made his way onto the fourth season of the hit television show "America's Got Talent." Better known as Kevin Skinner, the musician and singer picked up the guitar at the age of 12 and has played, sung and written music ever since. His father, Joe, was the one who taught him about music, and Skinner must be forever grateful he did. After all, the country singer and songwriter went on to win the $1 million "America's Got Talent" prize. He's since gone on to release his first CD called "Long Ride," which features many original songs and his first single, "Like It's the Last Goodbye," from the album, both in 2010.
