Nothing says frantic like the lunch rush in a major city like Chicago. When your biggest concern is getting back to work in less than 30 minutes, there isn’t much time to think about anything else. This pressure extends to employees like Kenny, who works at a downtown Chicago McDonald’s restaurant. It’s his job to get his customers in and out of there as fast as humanly possible. And he’s got a lot of customers. But when one man came in, he stopped everything in its tracks and shut down his register. And another customer, Destiny Carreno, caught the incredible incident on camera, and wrote it up for everyone to see.
