Evolution is a long, slow process, but the march of human progress works much, much faster. As a result, there are a lot of parts of modern life that we haven't actually fully adapted to yet. Our teeth evolved to eat raw foods that required a good, hard chew.
Unfortunately, we've started to eat soft foods which don't require as much chewing. This, in turn, can lead to the buildup of yellow-brown plaque on your teeth.
Plaque is a pretty common occurrence, and it's easy enough for your dentist to remove it, but that requires an expensive appointment. Luckily, there is a natural, simple, painless way to remove plaque at home.
What You Need To Do:
Take several walnut shells and simmer them in water for 20 minutes. Leave the walnuts in the water while it cools, then strain. This "walnut water" is your ticket to a cleaner mouth.
Use this water to brush your teeth three times a day to effectively remove tartar and plaque in just two weeks. The antibacterial properties of this liquid also aid in curing the inflammation that causes bleeding gums.
Remember that it's important to maintain good oral hygiene. One of the best ways to reduce (or prevent) plaque buildup is to brush your teeth regularly and using the proper brushing techniques.
