If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I have a lot of skeletons in my closet. Let me explain - by "skeletons," I mean "expired coupons and takeout menus," and by "closet," I mean "kitchen junk drawer." That's right, I'm not ashamed to admit that I have a problem. The rest of my kitchen might be spotless, but my junk drawer is overflowing with random odds & ends that I may never have any use for. Even the most organized, space-saving people have a weakness when it comes to cleaning, and mine is drawers.
Drawers are so easy to toss things into, making them a magnet for items we might not need but certainly don't feel like throwing away. Come to think of it, all of the drawers in my kitchen could use an overhaul. That's why I was so excited to see these useful tips from Kathryn over at DoItOnaDime.
This organization expert shares all of her best tricks for keeping the drawers in your kitchen clean and free of clutter. Not only that, but she also takes the time to mention where you can purchase all of the tools she uses (thank goodness for drawer liner) and how much they cost. Don't worry, her methods won't break the bank - in fact, you probably have enough loose change floating around in your junk drawer to afford everything you'll need!
