Fall brings a lot of flavors, but the most popular has undoubtedly got to be pumpkin everything - lattes, pies, cookies, bread, and so much more. When I go to the grocery store now, I feel like I find a new pumpkin-flavored product every week between the months of September and November.
At this point, I have to say I've started to get a little jaded about pumpkin flavored things. Finally, however, I think I've found a new spin on it that I'm actually really excited to try.
Earlier this year, there was a lasagna food trend that took over the internet. Now, the folks at Delish decided to make a fall version of the dessert lasagna that drove people wild a few months ago. What they came up with is pure genius: pumpkin cheesecake lasagna.
Even the pro chefs at Delish had to admit it's one of the best things they've ever made. It is quite simply a slice of heaven.
Featuring layers of cream cheese, pumpkin, graham crackers, caramel, and pecans, it's truly a delectably decadent dessert that's sure to please every guest at your holiday table. The best thing about it, however, is the fact that the recipe is so simple, it doesn't even need an oven.
