There's A Good Reason You Should Sleep On Your Left Side ...

Everybody has their favorite sleeping position. Personally, I hate sleeping on my back, but I often wake up in that position. I prefer sleeping on my left side. That's the best position to sleep according to John Douillard. Everyone knows how important a good night of rest is for your bodies and brains. If you don't sleep on your left side, here are a few benefits you aren't taking advantage of:

  • better digestion
  • increased circulation
  • better spleen functioning
  • helps drain lymphatic system
  • facilitates bile through the body
