Finding truly unique modern-day jewelry is something that is quite hard to do. Most designs, while pretty, are simply the same old thing, rehashed with different grade materials and slight variations of layouts. However, British jewelry designer, Theo Fennell, is clearly going against the grain by creating some of the most innovative jewelry you have ever seen.
Located in London along Fulham Road, the Theo Fennell flagship store is home to these incredible works of wearable art.
Many of these ingenious pieces are inspired by classic literature, such as “The Secret Garden” and “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe,” or by films like “The Wizard of Oz.”
The amount of effort that goes into each piece is truly astounding, as many contain the most miniscule of latches and hinges to allow for functioning doors and secret compartments. Some of the jewelry even contain finely crafted miniatures. Theo clearly wants his jewelry to stand out from the crowd, and his impressive skills have led many to believe that he will eventually become the Queen’s jeweler. It’s easy to see why.
These are sure to become collector’s items.
