This Artist Transforms Ordinary Lunch Bags Into Works Of Art. The End Result Is Phenomenal.

Remember as a kid how exciting it was to see what mom had packed in your school lunch? On bad days there would be just a sandwich and some carrot sticks, but other times you would find delightful surprises. For Christy Kilgore’s children, it’s not what’s in their lunch that’s exciting, but what’s on their paper brown bag.

Since 2013 Kilgore has been creating intricate drawings on her kid’s lunch bags daily, using colored pencils, sharpies, and Crayola crayons. What started as a fun idea has turned into a devoted hobby for Kilgore, who works on the bags every evening after supper. Check out her clever creations below.
