This Dog Can't Contain Her Happiness When She Finally Gets To The Water Fountain. Pure Joy!

Even though it's fall, it still feels like we are in the "dog days of summer"! The dog days generally refer to the sultriest time of the season, from about early July through early August. The origins of dog days actually stem from the early days of nautical navigation when sailors noticed the conjunction of the sun with the dog star, Sirius. These days, when people use the phrase, it's generally referring to a very late summer heatwave. We can only imagine that this Black Lab is enjoying a nice cool-off from the heatwave in this adorable video. The synchronized fountain makes chasing the cool water jets even more fun for this energetic little fellow! Here's to staying cool.
