This Is How A Herd Of Horses Celebrated Their New Found Freedom After Being Rescued.

Some might call the treatment of these horses negligent, while others would say it borders on animal cruelty. Regardless, one thing is certain: Events like this are unfortunately widespread, and happen more than any of us would like to admit. According to the American Horse Council, some two million Americans own horses, and a third of these individuals have household incomes of less than $50,000. Another group, the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP), suggests that the minimum cost to own a horse annually is $2,500, and others suggest this figure is actually much higher. The good news is, these horses in Wales had a happy ending thanks to a few amazing volunteers and the rescue crews that got them to safety.
