This Parrot Can't Stop Laughing. When I Heard Him, I Was Cracking Up Too

This Quaker Parrot is beside himself with laughter. Cameron was rescued in the Minnesota wild with part of his beak missing. He certainly seems to be enjoying his new life. Also known as the monk parakeet, this species can live for 30 years or more. They thrive in cold climates and are very intelligent birds. If you keep one in a cage, be warned: It will eventually figure out how to unlock it and get out. The quaker is also a very noisy bird, making it a fun pet for families with kids. When you hear the word "parrot", you often equate that to an ability to talk, and the quaker doesn't disappoint. It made the list of the top 10 most talkative birds in "Bird Talk" magazine.
