This Parrot Wants Some Attention From His Friend. Watch How The Cat Responds

This parrot sure is a button-pusher, but the cat seems to at least be tolerating this annoyance. While they're wild animals, parrots kept as pets can learn to behave in a much kinder, friendlier way. First, make sure to set up your pet's habitat in an area that's not isolated from the rest of the family. Parrots are flock animals, and they love company. Give your new pet consistent attention, as a neglected parrot will often become depressed and display negative behavior. Of course, negative behavior will happen, as it does with any pet. Always reward good conduct, but never give in to tantrums. Giving in encourages and reinforces the demanding behavior.
