This Tricky Riddle Is Stumping Everyone On The Internet

This riddle has been making its rounds on the internet, and it's successfully confused the heck out of just about everyone.

The correct answer is (C) Daughter. The key here is the fact that Teresa's daughter is my daughter's mother. That means that I'm either the mother or the father of the child, who is Teresa's granddaughter. Since being her son-in-law isn't an option, I must be Teresa's daughter.
