Looking for a new job is a job unto itself. Even after you find a position, create a resume and fill out an application, there is still the grueling process of interviews. Some jobs require up to 4 to 5 interviews, which may include over the phone, Skype and in-person meetings. If you’re applying with multiple companies at once, you’ll be asked the same questions over and over, but through it all you have to keep your cool, presenting the best (and most hirable) version of yourself.
After 20 interviews for sales positions, the women in this story decided to throw away the rule book. Although what she did is certainly unorthodox, it also shows creativity and initiative. What do you think? Would you hire her?
