Use Apple Cider Vinegar To Remove Unwanted Skin Tags
Skin tags are those irritating little flaps of skin that can sometimes form around your neck, armpits, or any other area where skin rubs and/or creases from friction. They're generally harmless and sometimes even fall off on their own, but most people usually go have them lanced off with a laser at the doctor's office.
It turns out, however, that there's an alternative that doesn't require you to shell out your hard-earned cash on a visit to a doctor that lasts about 10 minutes. Not only is it really, really inexpensive in comparison, it's also all-natural.
Dr. Doug Willen is the author of "Quantum Paleo," a lifestyle book based on the popular Paleo Diet (wherein you only eat foods that would have been available to our hunter-gatherer ancestors, i.e. no processed grains or sugars). His all-natural solution to skin tags is to use some good quality apple cider vinegar and soak a cotton ball with it, then apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day. After a week or so the tag should start to change color and darken, and eventually fall off.
