A Tiny Hamster And His Hedgehog Friend Relax With Some Cold Beverages

HelloDenizen is a YouTube comedy channel started by award-winning, L.A.-based social media agency Denizen. About a year ago, they gave us "Tiny Hamsters Eating Tiny Burritos." The video was an instant and absolutely massive viral hit, and an internet fascination was born. In this installment, a tiny hamster and hedgehog have some smoothies at a tiki bar, along with a critter-friendly Pu-Pu Platter.

The fascination with seeing animals acting like people is nothing new, of course. For as long as we can recall, we have adorned animals with human things such as dressing them up in human attire or training them to perform human activities (ride a bike, etc.). When an animal has human qualities, those qualities are described as anthropomorphic. The majority of cartoons (Mickey Mouse, nearly all "Looney Toons" and "SpongeBob Squarepants" characters, just to name a few) are a very good example of anthropomorphism.
