The ad is called "The Man and the Dog" and is written and directed by Rodrigo Garcia Saiz for Argentina's Liver Transplant Foundation. The ad was inspired by the story of Hachiko, a dog from Japan who reportedly waited every day at a train station for his master to return until he passed away.
